I'm trying to link my community website, ArtofBlockchain, to Pinterest, but Pinterest is showing me an HTML tag for verification. How do I properly connect my community site to Pinterest?

My target audience is active on Pinterest, and I want to establish backlinks quickly. Any steps or tips to ensure proper verification and connection would be appreciated!

Hi Shubhada - I believe this requires pasting the HTML tag shared by Pinterest into community HTML. This requires some customization. Please share the HTML tag with us through support@jatra.club and we'll look into the issue.

Update: As discussed, there are multiple ways of claiming your website/community on Pinterest. Pinterest has a detailed documentation on this topic: https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/claim-your-website

    Mainly there are three ways:

    1. HTML Tag: Jatra doesn't support this for security reasons. This method requires inserting an HTML tag in the header for site verification.

    2. HTML File: Jatra doesn't support it. This method requires uploading an HTML file to your website/community.

    3. DNS TXT Record: This is supported, but works at Domain-level. You can head over to your domain registrar (like Godaddy, AWS, Namecheap) and create a new TXT record with the Pinterest-provided values. This one is more robust and highly recommended.

I hope you'll find this information useful.
