    My new community member and linkedin connect joined the community using Linkedin but she is not visible to me in side panel or in admin settings. But do the needful. the community member’s mail id is <snipped. Mod Note: Please do not share email Ids.>

    Hi Shubhada - upon inspection, we found that there are two possibilities:

    1. The user has signed up with different email
    2. The user did not create account.

    Users signed-up using LinkedIn or Google are not treated differently than users who sign-up using email.

    If you face issues, feel free to raise an issue.
