  • Urgent Attention on UIUX of forum

    We should design the mobile site UX again as a priority. As per Google’s EEAT norms, “Experience” is also a deciding factor and our mobile site is lagging in this aspect. Also the tabs on laptop site like Most replied, trending, recent dont work. These are sort of Pseudo tabs preventing to showcase the trending and most replied threads. New visitors are only browsing the first page of the website unless they use the search button in the menu.

    Almost 50% visitors of my community are using mobile version.

    Thank you for the feedback. Point well noted about the post filters; but they're not specific to mobile layout.

    Are there any other aspects of the mobile experience that need an improvement?

    Update:

    1. Post filters have been updated:
    • Latest: Show the latest posts based on their publish date
    • Trending: Filters posts based on their overall popularity (combination of views and replies)
    • Most Replied : Filters posts with most replies

    We limit the posts created in the last 30 days - and adjust the date based on overall results returned.

    I hope this should help the visitors.

    There are many post that are trending but older than 30 days, these are hiding earlier good discussion trends. I would prefer all time trending posts to show in this tab

    Can I get update about Mobile site UIUX? features like activity feed, recent active members are not visible

    @shubhada - The 30-day cap is for performance. We'll look into tweaking it. Also - it's decided that the post filters will be removed / replaced in upcoming update.

    Activity feed, recently active members will be added; but the UI part is tricky. I'll share an update soon.
