Can we get analytics for job board. Since start of December 25, more 50 members joined but I am not to figure out in which roles they are interested so that I can curate the jobs accordingly.

One way to track this right away is to use bitly or similar link shortning service for "Apply Link". Jobs is still in the MVP stage.

Update: Link tracking is currently not planned. However, we've made a note of the suggestion. Currently, the best way to achieve link tracking is to use a free link shortner service like bit.ly.
