Introducing Jatra SecureShield 🛡: A safer way to protect your account
We’ve improved how Jatra protects accounts when connecting email, Google, or LinkedIn.
Previously, a matching email could connect a new sign-in method too quickly. Jatra now confirms that the existing account belongs to you before making that connection.
Some members may see a one-time SecureShield check:
Send the confirmation email.
Open the link in the same browser.
Continue signing in.
Your profile, posts, and memberships remain unchanged. You may be signed out on other devices. If you use a password, you can create a new one through Forgot password.
This is a preventive security update. Seeing SecureShield does not mean your account was compromised.
