Jatra October 2026 Update - New Features Planned

Thought I'd share a quick update on what's cooking behind the scenes at Jatra.

Courses - Ready (Internal Testing)

We are currently testing courses. Community admins can now launch (or let their members launch) courses within the community ecosystem. This turned out to be a pretty complex feature to build; but we're excited by the progress we've made so far.

Courses will be released in private beta once our internal quality checks pass.

Email Nudges - Brings People Back

A new feature we're building is called email nudges. It's designed to bring users back to the community. It's a common observation that people sign-up for the community; but they never come back.

Email nudges will help you solve this problem. We'll allow admins to configure custom email nudges that are sent strategically. We are currently working on optimising the emails sent from the community; to keep the costs under check.

Payment Systems Integration

We're also exploring Jatra-native payment systems. It opens up. multiple use-cases for community owners. We'll talk about them soon.
