I really love this community program – its clean UI and design were a delightful surprise. However, I’m confused: is it a fully closed, B2B commercial program? As an enthusiast of community building, I want to create a small social circle community of my own. But the pricing makes it unaffordable for me, so is this the only way to access this community program?

Got it. Custom plans are probably more expensive than the ones listed on the official website, right? If that's the case, it might be a bit difficult for me. Still, I think Jatra is an excellent community program. Thank you.

Nope. We support smaller communities and at a lower pricing point. However, we are very selective about those. The reason we start at a higher pricing point than our competition is because we offer hands-on community-building support. It's everything we've learned in 20 years of building organic online communities.

Can you introduce an entry-level plan, please? We are a small company looking to build a community and the pricing plan is on the higher side for us. I really like the quiz feature. I have not seen it anywhere else.

@cicily - missed this post. We do offer custom pricing plans, much lower than the listed ones, if the community has potential and founders are committed to building the community. I suggest scheduling a call with us.
We have received several requests to offer 1-time payment plans; and we are considering it. However, it will be a cut-down version of the existing software.

We switched from Discourse to Jatra when Jatra was very new. It didn't have 50% of the features it has now. But let me tell you- we couldn't have been happier. Our members love the new platform. Always grateful to Kaustubh and his team for helping us through the transition and community strategy.
