How to choose between interest-based vs product support community?
I’m tasked to build a community for a SaaS company based out of Palo Alto. It’s a startup that builds AI agents that do marketing automation, social media management and more. I need help in deciding whether to build an interest-based community or a product support community.
Product Support Community: Existing users can ask questions, share issues and get help from engineers.
Interest-based Community: Brings people together with shared passion around marketing and AI.
I want to consider the pros and cons of each approach. Can someone help us pick the right direction?
