Jatra can now replace your standalone product feedback management software

This one is big, and personal. Prior to founding Jatra, I helped build a community at a SaaS. I observed that while users wanted to share feedback, request features and know what the company was building; they had to be sent to a new tool.

It didn't feel right.

Our users were already engaging in the community; so it was natural to have the feedback collected within the community. But the community platform we were using did not support structured way of collecting feedback.

Having built multiple communities from scratch, I know how painful it is. The thought lingered for a long time. The first versions of Jatra had ability to publish changelog and also collect structured feedback.

However, we kept delaying the ability to publish roadmap. But that changes today.

I'm happy to announce that Jatra can now collect feedback, publish your roadmap as well as changelog - right from within the community.
