User Feedback Tool - Integrated Within the Community
I am excited to announce the latest addition to the Jatra’s ever-growing feature set: A user-feedback collection tool integrated within your Jatra-powered community.
What does it help you do?
Feedback collection is especially useful for businesses that want to collect feedback directly from their users. It’s 10x better than using forms, surveys, emails or spreadsheets to collect and manage user feedback.
With Jatra, you can now create a ‘Feedback’ channel with ‘feedback’ post-type. Your members can then request the features they want, or bugs they’ve discovered, improvements they want in your product / service or simply share praise for your community or software.
Here’s how it looks -

Bug
Improvement
Feature Request
Compliment
The admins can also keep the ‘status’ of the feedback up to date; and let the members know the action being taken on the feedback by choosing between following options:
New (Default)
Reviewing
Planned
Building
Released
Rejected
