BugFix: Article Update Failed.

This release fixes a minor bug in the article/blog update system that prevented users from updating any article. The bug was associated with incorrect validation for the ‘publishing date’.

With this update, article editing has been restored. I request Jatra community owners to test this and let me know if you face any issue.
