Jatra 3.2.2 :: @mention Users with Smart Recommendations

Jatra V.3.2.2 introduces a new feature to tag users with '@' mentions. We've been testing this feature in beta state for the past couple of weeks and it's ready for prime launch.

If you wish to tag any member of the community, simply type '@' followed by their name or username. Select the desired user from the recommendations and hit enter to select the user.

Once selected, user's name will be inserted within a chip.

• The tagged user will be notified through in-app notification as well as via email

On large communities, we've made special provisions for user recommendations. It prioritizes recently active users, staff as well as members who have participated in the current discussions / thread.

Note About '@mention' in Scheduled Posts

Tagged members are notified only after the post has been published. They will receive an in-app notification as well as an email.

Tagging members is supported in all post types including replies.
