@rahulroy - the best way to optimize an existing community for SEO (and AEO) is by adjusting the titles of the discussion threads. Most community members may not be familiar with the right way to form the thread titles. Many will start with "Help?" or a simple "Hi!".

As a moderator or administrator, it's your job to understand the real question, pain point and modify the title of the thread accordingly.

However, do it only after the thread has been answered. Many people won't appreciate the edits.

Secondly, at a larger level - look for internal links. If there are relevant discussions or questions - please link to them. It gives search engine crawlers the right direction and relevant content to index.
