New Feature :: Thread Lock 🔒

Version 3.7.3 of Jatra Community Platform introduces a quality of life feature: Thread Locking. The admins and owners can now lock any thread across all post types that support replies and prevent members from commenting further.

How the feature works:

  1. Owners / Admins can see a 'Lock' option below apex post.

  2. Checking 'Lock' disables the reply composer.

  3. Users will see "🔒 Locked" label.

Note - A locked thread prevents all the replies / comments on the thread. Existing replies are made 'Read Only'.

    @BlockChainMentor - Our latest feature should take care of the use case where admins can prevent others from commenting on public but restricted channels.
