Anyone else forgetting their own community?

I can easily find myself participating in other people's communities, joining discussions, answering questions and staying active.

But when it comes to my own community, I sometimes struggle to give it the same attention, focus & time. It's a little ironic when you think about it!

Anyone else experiencing the same thing? You enjoy being part of other communities but somehow struggle to nurture and grow your own?

How do you deal with it?

I know what you are talking about. It's especially true when the community is new and there's very limited activity. Especially, when you are seeding a community, you're creating content that is read by no one.

The key is to remember that it's a temporary phase. The moment community starts attracting organic traffic, it's a different experience altogether.
