Is Khoros Delaying Data Migration for Its Clients?

I recently had a chat with a Khoros customer who's looking to migrate community to some other platform (not Jatra 😔 ).

I asked them what were the problems they are facing with migration. They said Khoros is delaying the data export until the current contract / term ends.

I don't know what the Khoros contract reads; but holding customer's data and not letting them migrate seems very unprofessional.

Is anyone else experiencing this? How are you planning to deal with it?
