Introducing Quick Posts for Jatra Communities!
Sometimes, your members just want a quick way to share information etc. Quick posts enables adding quick messages to the community.
We recently migrated a community from Discord. Discord members are used to sharing quick updates; without thinking about 'title' or the 'body'.
We wanted to create a similar experience for those who are used to posting quick updates. The result is 'Post' post-type.
It's a new post type that acts similar to discussions; but doesn't require providing title. Also, the 'posts' are excluded from indexing in Google. We explicitly add 'noindex' tag to quick posts.

Upto 5 images
Polls
Post Scheduling
Auto-draft
We recommend creating just about one channel in your community dedicated to quick posts where users can add messages without the hassle of providing title and the body.
