Broken Avatars on Community - Fixed

This minor release fixes an annoying bug with the user-avatars loaded from Google or LinkedIn, when the user signed up with those social networks.

We now have default avatars that are shown if the user has not set their avatar.

In near future - we’ll make further changes to the way default avatars are rendered. If you have any suggestions - let us know.
