ui redesign

We’ve redesigned the community user profile experience to feel cleaner, more responsive, and easier to scan. It now looks sharper on both mobile and desktop, without adding clutter.

What changed

  • A new, centered profile header

    • Larger, framed profile photo

    • Display name and role centered for quick scanning

    • Improved spacing and typography across screen sizes

  • Clear, contextual profile actions

    • Edit profile appears when you’re viewing your own profile

    • A compact Message icon appears when you’re viewing someone else (only if DMs are enabled)

  • Better avatar and badge styling

    • Double-border look with subtle gradient and shading

    • Bigger role badge, neatly placed on the avatar corner

  • More consistent layout

    • The profile container border now matches our post cards, so profiles feel like a natural part of the product

  • Stats stay simple and useful

    • Member since

    • Last active

    • Total activities

  • A redesigned Activity Feed that’s easier to browse

    • Compact, fully clickable list

    • Removed replies, likes, and views clutter from each item

    • Progressive loading with a footer link: See more activity

    • Loads 6 activities initially, then 6 more per click

    • Available to both guests and logged-in users
