Jatra 3:0 :: Brand New User Profiles with User Activity Feed
We’ve redesigned the community user profile experience to feel cleaner, more responsive, and easier to scan. It now looks sharper on both mobile and desktop, without adding clutter.
What changed
A new, centered profile header
Larger, framed profile photo
Display name and role centered for quick scanning
Improved spacing and typography across screen sizes
Clear, contextual profile actions
Edit profile appears when you’re viewing your own profile
A compact Message icon appears when you’re viewing someone else (only if DMs are enabled)
Better avatar and badge styling
Double-border look with subtle gradient and shading
Bigger role badge, neatly placed on the avatar corner
More consistent layout
The profile container border now matches our post cards, so profiles feel like a natural part of the product

Removed replies, likes, and views clutter from each item
Progressive loading with a footer link: See more activity
Loads 6 activities initially, then 6 more per click

Why this matters
Profiles are often where trust starts. This update makes profile pages feel more premium and more useful at a glance, while keeping the UI simple, fast, and consistent with the rest of Jatra.
