What's coming in September 2026
Onboarding Flow
One of our top priorities is to launch user onboarding flows for Jatra communities. I'm happy to report that we have made significant progress in the last few weeks. Onboarding flows will allow community owners to guide the users through a series of steps.
Each step is easy and requires minimum effort from the new user. Jatra's onboarding system packs our two decades of experiences and observation into a simple system that's intuitive. I'll make an announcement post and a walkthrough of the onboarding flow soon.
There's a surprise 'post-type' integrated into onboarding flow! 😉
Rooms
Finally, we are ready to launch rooms. Recently launched layout and UI updates will now help us launch rooms will confidence.
Rooms are mini chat-rooms within the community. They solve a very interesting use-case for lots of communities. We have the architecture ready. We'll start working on Rooms immediately after launching onboarding flows.
