Further Enhancements to Jatra's Spam Catcher
Today, we have released a new addition to Jatra's Spam Catcher. We now monitor user registrations and flag the suspicious users. This is how the system works:
Potential spammy user signs-up
Jatra's spam monitoring system catches the spammer and flags it. The suspicious user is prevented from posting anything on the community.
Moderators and Admins are notified about suspicious user through in-app notification.
Moderator decides whether to approve or ban the user.
This offers a seamless experience to both members as well as the moderators.
Note: It's possible that the spam catcher can incorrectly flag users. If you experience repeated false positives, please bring it to our attention. Thank you!
